One final parking lot before you book it southeast. Lake Kissimmee State Park’s Cow camp, rekindles the cattle and cowboy spirit of 1876 Florida each weekend. There’s plenty of whipcracking and living history lessons in which the cowpokes recreate Florida’s storied past. From Lake Wales, follow Hwy 60 east 15 miles to the park entrance.
