For some, fine wine and fine food just wouldn’t be the same without a fine cigar at the end of the evening. La Casa del Habano combines a cigar shop with a fumoir (cigar bar), art gallery and cigar club. Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 2 to 4:30pm you can drop by for a dégustation of the cigar of the day, with a bit of eau-de-vie(liqueur) and an espresso, for Euro 35. Their Institut du Cigare organizes personalized, bilingual workshops that cover anything from history and fabrication of cigars to different methods of smoking them, for beginners or experienced cigar aficionados. Sessions from Euro 95, or Euro 300 for a four-session cycle (all food, drink and cigars included). Call or stop by for the dates and program.
