The Hilton Dresden has an almost perfect location between the Frauenkirche and the Brühlsche Terasse. This large modern hotel has all the expected comforts, although rooms are not particularly large. Lines are mostly straight and the combination of dark wood, chrome, and grey gives a modern, clean atmosphere. Despite its central location, the views from most rooms are not exactly exciting; the better ones will, however, soon face the newly rebuilt Frauenkirche without the dust and noise of reconstruction. The Hilton operates several restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity, assuring good quality and service, but at a price.
