10-story tower, built in 1921, and a landmark lor those arriving or departing Honolulu by ship. There is an Observation Deck on the tenth floor of the tower, reached by taking the escalator to the second floor of Pier 9, then the Observation Elevator to the very top. Observation Deck open 8am-9pm.
