We are a 2 story motel, staffed 24 hours a day with interior corridors, comfortable and spacious rooms, complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, donuts and a morning newspaper to get your day going. All rooms have full Cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone and air conditioning. Some of our rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. We have formed a partnership with the Downeast Family YMCA, and they will provide any of our guests free use of their facilities: pool, weight room, exercise room, basketball court and any ongoing programs (ie. Aerobics and Aqua Aerobics). We are located in the heart of Downeast Maine, in Hancock County and a stone's throw from many scenic attractions, including Mount Desert Island, Acadia National Park, the Blue Hill Peninsula and Schoodic Point. There are a variety of stores and restaurants with in walking distance; Birdsacre Sanctuary, a wonderful place for a walk, is across the street; the Acadia Zoo, Bar Harbor Golf Course, the Great Maine Lumberjack Show and the Ellsworth Tennis Center are near by. We pride ourselves on being your Home-away-from-Home so take off your shoes and kick back - we are here for all your Motel needs.
