The Ski Slopes: 170 km/106 miles of skiable slopes on 73 pistes at between 1,500 and 2,600 m/4,921 and 8,530 feet. Skiing for all levels – five black, 30 red, 19 green and 19 blue, plus one “mauve” baby slope. 53 ski lifts, including 11 chairlifts. Getting Here: The resort is most easily reached from the TGV station in Aix en Provence. During Pra Loup’s opening season, a snow shuttle bus leaves at 2:20 pm every Saturday from the Aix-Arbois TGV station, arriving at Pra Loup at 6:15 pm. Reservations for round-trips must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Tickets cost 20 Euro (33 08 20 20 62 10)
