The Club Alpin Français CAF is a good source for information, insurance, mountaineering events, guides, climbing lessons and all kinds of Alpine activities
Including canyoning, cliff and mountain climbing, lessons, paragliding, hiking and snow shoe hiking, downhill and cross- ountry skiing, spelunking, mountain biking and Via Ferratta. Joining also gets you big reductions at all the club’s mountain refuges.
